Science Fair
During the last few weeks, the children have been doing their own experiments in class following a scientific method. They were to come up with their own idea, conduct the experiment and present it as a 'mini science fair'.
On Thursday afternoon this week they will be presenting their work in the hall with other students. Mr Jackson will be the judge as he as a scientific background.
You are invited to come and view their work from 2.15! Come down to check out their work and ask your child to tell you all about what they have been doing.

BBYC Tuesday 1st November
Here are a few last minute reminders before the yachting trip tomorrow:
If your child is in the first group at 9am (the notice that went home on Friday lets you know what group your child is in):
The children need to be at school before 8:30am as the bus will be leaving at the bell.
Please make sure your child has the following items with them:
They will need to wear their togs under their clothes. Please bring a towel, sunscreen, hat, aqua shoes or an old pair of sneakers, a spray jacket if they have one and also a change of shorts and shirt to go back to school in. Your child will not need to wear uniform.
Buckland’s Beach Yacht Club does not run the programme on a day when the wind or sea conditions are unsuitable. We will let you know if this happens by Facebook and email as soon as we know.
